No weigh in this week… since I am not home [ and I refuse to use a scale that is not my own ]. But I will be extremely truthful. I went to the gym, but on somedays I didn’t eat at all and then other days… I’d eat everything. I’ve discovered… I’m a stress eater and an emotional non eater. Food has never really been used for comfort, I’m not quite sure what happened last week but while mapping out a project plan with some pretty impossible dates, I managed to eat the world without even realizing it.
Not to mention… I’m pretty sure I’m an insomniac but both these issues can be fixed right?
I now have a gym buddy, my coworker and friend Farina. We’re attempting early morning sessions… though we both have unbelievable schedules, so far so good!
