I’m so slacking on this movement, my update is uber late. But reagardless… here it is folks.
I mention every month or so that I am trying really hard to get back in the swing of things in terms of this weight-loss / maintaining / being healthy journey. I’m proud to say I have a damn routine.
- Gym 4 days a week
- 6 Meals a day
- Be active other days
- Drink lots of water
- NO CANDY [ completed a month! ]
I think the only thing that’s really missing from this is sleeping, which I do not do a lot. Hopefully I can explain why I am not doing so in a few short days but until then… IT’S A SECRET!

I’m not going to lie, my fitness movement has been the last thing on my to-do list, and rarely gets crossed off. I get how when you’re working on new and exciting projects, it can be hard to stop and go for a run/hit the gym. This is why I’m all about sharing progress on the blog, it definitely keeps you accountable.
Looking over your routine, I can definitely say you NEED to add sleep into it! While I was at school, I’d always aim for bed by 11 so I could be up and at the gym by 6:45 at the latest and in class by 8 (yes, unshowered, go ahead and JUDGE! But I was FIT!!) You’d be surprised how knowing you have to be in bed by a certain time boosts your productivity during the day!
I definitely agree with Amber. Blogging about it and putting it out there for the world to see and read definitely established accountability. I think that’s one of the things that I love about blogging.
Now when it comes to fitness, girl.. my routine is almost non-existent. .. ok, not almost. It is. And I need to do better. So kudos to you for your routine.
I just love these videos. What video editing software do you use? I want to VLOG. *whines and pouts.*
So do I! Once you click post, it’s out there! It’s like speaking it into existence! And Ma’am… If I could have your body without having to die on the stairmaster… I’d gladly switch! I use iMovie and Final Cut Pro!

Amber. Girl, I am not judging at all! YOU DID WHAT YOU HAD TO DO! Honestly, if the regimen works, no one can knock it! Hence the blogging, I feel like as bloggers we get judged everyday for sharing… and for what we share. But the accountability works wonders for me, and if I can motivate in the process… well more power to me!
