1. I love this video, and I love that you are facing your fears and are being bigger than them. I hope you many people follow in your footsteps, including myself. I actually watched a TedX talk in one of my psychology lectures a while back – the speaker was a woman who spoke about her panic attacks and her anxiety problems. It was an eye-opener. So many people say “I’m having a panic attack” and they say it so casually, but when you listen to the stories of people who actually suffer from them, it hits you hard. They are not small and casual things. All the more reason to respect you. And if I find that TedX talk again, I will send you the link!

And by this comment, you know that I fought through my internet-problems and came through for you, girl.

    1. Ahahaha! That’s love Nicole! That is love! Thank you! I’m trying my best, it’s a debilitating fear that I really need to get over. I’ve had enough! And yes! If you do find the TedTalk please let me know!

  2. Hi Yetti!

I too have social anxiety and I’m not too far from you. I live in Fredericksburg, VA. It would be awesome to connect. Check out my website and thank you for being brave enough to speak about your fear. Keeping it bottled up, only makes it worse. God bless! 🙂
