I type this in pain from this week’s workout. I type this… praying that when I wake up tomorrow morning I’ll be able to stretch out my arms instead of going another day looking like t-rex.
How’s the challenge Yetti?
Hard. Hard as hell. With work being crazy, my life being crazy, trying to get up every morning to head to the gym has been mighty difficult. But I’m trying. And it will get easier.
My food has been so inconsistent, again due to the bullshit that is taking place in my life so far, but I am going to fix that. Right now actually. I’d dedicated this afternoon to meal prep. There will be no excuses or room for me to eat poorly… or to not eat period, which has been my struggle. My appetite is either “I don’t want to eat at all” or “I want to eat the house down, maybe the neighbor’s too.”
Picture Details: 30 mins cardio, 30 mins pilates, 15 mins lay on the floor. Fuck pilates. My thighs hurt.
Workout Goals for the week:
- 5 Day workout week – 1 hour each
- Hit at least 500 calories per workout
