What I’m F*cking With Right Now:
Coaching. Before you tell me I am wasting my time, hear me out first. I too was very anti life coaches because some are pushy and expensive and fraudulent with a capital F. But then the universe did it’s thing and I met one through a brand partnership. Three weeks later and one curious moment that resulted in an introductory call, she is now my coach, and is helping me to be accountable to myself and my lofty ass dreams. She doesn’t have a cliche sales pitch, her website isn’t gimmicky, and she doesn’t repackage google-able content and charge me an arm and a leg for it. She’s humble, funny, encouraging, and most importantly, honest. She lets me know when I am forcing it, and is also quick to call me out on my own limiting beliefs and behaviors. In these last three weeks, with her guidance and (some help from A2M), I’ve been able to narrow down my focus and create some structure for the things I want for myself and in the near future. And honestly, I’m not mad at it.
Yes, I have a therapist, and now I have a coach, and I’m really loving where are relationship is going.

- 4 day workout week.
- Figure out outfits for Jamaica trip.
- Clean home office.
- Figure out hair.
Prep content calendar for next month. Work with client on her new website. Stick to my intermittent fasting schedule. EFT Tapping 4 times this week.
- Figure out LA trip in September.
Return things to ASOS, Express, & Victoria Secrets. Four day gym week.
