Current Mantra / Affirmation
New year, same Yetti (just with a little more oomph). This year started off a bit rough with an unexpected illness and major jetlag, but I still managed to put together some new intentions for my 2019. I’m excited to push the envelop a bit this new year with doing more things for me, regardless of my fears and anxiety. This year is about elevation in every sense possible.

Feeling: Good! Good Mood Yetti is in the building!
Eating / Drinking: Lemon Zinger Tea.
Watching / Listening to: Audible.
Missing: Nothing today!
Wishing: I could eat a grilled cheese sandwich, Lord I want all the carbs.
Should Be Doing: You know what I should be doing…
Reading: Becoming by Michelle Obama. Still. Judge your mother.
Thinking: I’m so proud of myself.
Talking to: Nobody
Plotting: This weekend! It’s my dad’s 60th birthday
Anticipating: Drinks with Tyra tonight!
