I have recently gotten into a routine of going to the gym, YES YES IT IS TRUE. Here’s some proof to your right. I’ve even brought some of my healthy goodies to work with me, they live in my draw… among the crap I do not want on my desk. So why are you doing a challenge Yetti? Because when I leave work… I eat for two and through out the day the different admin assistant’s candy platters taunt me! It’s terrible. They want me to be chunky… and knowing my addiction to candy… they may succeed if I do not make a change…
And… because my brother said I couldn’t get back to my obsessively clean eating habits like last year. He also said that I couldn’t go a week without candy (yes, my struggle is that real). and that I wouldn’t be able to hit my goal weight before he hit his 20lbs weight loss goal.
Challenge Accepted Big-Head.
*Please keep in mind my brother is a 6’2″, 200+lbs+ Defensive End for football…
So what exactly is the challenge Yetti? What are your goals? Aww shucks! You guys actually care, well:
- Goal 1: 2 weeks . No . candy . – Yes… I mean this. No weaning myself off. Cold turkey. NO MORE SWEETS.
- Goal 2: Hit 135lbs by June 19th
- Goal 3: Hit 130lbs by July 31st
- Goal 4: Hit 127lbs (Goal Weight) by August 28th
A little aggressive? Yeah [ shrugs ], but it’s all in good fun and it’ll be just like last time. Something to work towards something to remind me of my cleaning eating habits.
