So I’ve kind of been going to the gym like a mad woman. Not because I am obsessing but because I’ve been bored and in a pretty terrible mood since early last week. Boredom and mood swings = eating, lots of eating, so before I fall back into bad habits I decided to combat them.
This weeks goals:
- Four day workout week
- Stick to my meal plan
- Figure out this bad mood
- Buy new workout clothes
- Buy a new lunchbox… YES lunch box!
Short update. But you get the point. I’ll be posting my meal plan soon so you can see exactly what it is I am consuming.
