You see that? That’s what I looked like yesterday after my trainer flogged me. I endured round two this morning. It was terrible, brutal even! Okay, I’m being dramatic but it was hard as hell. With my birthday, a 5k and a photo-shoot coming up within the next three month, I frantically complained to my trainer about not being where I want to be… and now she is torturing my life. She made me a grocery list, a workout schedule and a running plan.
Food is not for enjoyment. It’s for fuel
Excuse me? Does she not have taste-buds? I’m not understanding this statement.
Giving up candy was hard enough, but now it’s not just all things sweet. It’s bread, red meat, certain types of fruit, no dairy except Greek yogurt. SO MANY RESTRICTION! [ stomach grumble ]
