Do you ever have those days where you struggle to find your routine?
And you try to recreate everything that you would usually do?
But everything still feels off, no matter how much you try?
That’s been me for the past two weeks. I can no longer stay up late to work on things, I work-out when I have the time, and my body crashes… completely crashes once it sees the bed. To me, this is sheer laziness, to everyone else it’s a cry for some “rest-time”. Every time I reply a text with, “Sorry, I fell asleep!” I receive the response, “Because you need to take a break,” or “Maybe because you needed to sleep.”
Oh. I’m also anemic and I don’t take my pills. That could also be why. But that is besides the point.
But maybe, just maybe… what used to work for me… no longer does. Since incorporating a more vigorous work-out schedule, work being so damn hectic, getting a new roommate and a bunch of other stuff, my daily life routine went down the toilet. It’s time I adjust to another one.
How do you guys plan out your days or weeks? Do you go with the flow? Or are you set on having a schedule you must abide by?
