So Saturday has def. been better than Friday. I woke up, went to the gym, made myself a protein smoothie (protein mix, yogurt, ice and fruits!) and proceeded to go along with my day. No cravings… no binging, just healthy eating and my tummy is COMPLETELY satisfied with this! :). I’m starting to think it’s work… I focus so much on behaving and not over eating/snacking that when I get home that’s all I can think about. Only way to test this theory is to make a note of it at work. I’ll keep you posted.
So… I’ve been meaning to update my youtube account (I track my weight loss there too lol), but it’s sort of discouraging to see others making progress. You’d think it would be the opposite but when I see how greatly they have done, I beat myself up about my poor performance. Ah… oh well, everyone goes through it right, it’s all about pushing myself through it.
But how does one do that?
I’m not really quite sure lol, but after reading my friend Augustina’s blog, I decided I’d follow her route and first start off with a pledge to myself. A pledge that I will push myself through the many temptations of food and lazy days. I’m writing up a formal pledge and the reasons why I am going through this journey, once I’m done I’ll post them.
