Week ONE Challenges
Welcome to the first Fit-In-It weekly challenge. Now the whole aim of this challenge is to make some healthier choices that helps you make progress towards fitting into a certain item of clothing. Please remember, losing weight and getting is a lifestyle change, so you’re doing this to work towards a permanent better you!
Assignment O1 | Find your fit in it outfit : Find your outfit and take a picture in it. Yes, in it, even if it doesn’t fit quite yet. When losing weight after a certain point the scale could begin to play with your emotions. Muscle weighs more than fat, so you may plateau or even gain a few pounds, and seeing the numbers on the scale yo-yo up and down is enough to drive anyone crazy. You should base your progress not only on the scale, but also on how your clothes fit. This is easier than measuring yourself (which is totally fine to do too!)
— Check-In: Tweet me, Fb me, Direct Instagram me, Email me the outfit. Not YOU in the outfit, just the outfit 🙂 [ Double points if you are in the outfit! ]
Assignment O2 | Come up with an action plan : How do you plan to make progress into getting into the outfit discussed up above? Beginning to go to the gym? Following a certain diet? Upping your current gym time? Or maybe even trying to be consistent? Starvation is not an option, neither is excessive gym-time. Commit to a routine that will work for you and start this week!
